The 25th-anniversary edition of CommUnity Funday was an extraordinary experience, filled with activities and attractions designed to bring joy, learning, and connection to all who attended. The Free Fun Zone was a highlight for families, offering a variety of games, rides, and entertainment for children and adults alike, ensuring smiles and laughter throughout the day. Information stalls lined the venue, where attendees could engage with and learn from our community partners, including the local police and fire services, who offered interactive VR experiences that gave a glimpse into their vital work.

In collaboration with Spinney Hills Drug and Abuse Awareness, we also hosted informative sessions aimed at educating and empowering our community to combat the challenges of substance abuse. These sessions were designed to spark important conversations and provide valuable resources to those in need.

The culinary delights were another highlight of the day, with a diverse range of food stalls offering something for everyone. From traditional dishes to modern favorites, the food stalls were a feast for the senses, celebrating the rich culinary heritage of our diverse community.

No CommUnity Funday would be complete without our annual football tournament, which saw teams from across the community come together in a spirited competition. The tournament was a symbol of the friendly rivalry and camaraderie that has always been a part of our community fabric, with players and spectators alike enjoying the thrill of the game.

As we reflect on 25 years of memories, friendships, and collective achievements, we look forward with renewed energy and commitment to our mission of uplifting and empowering our community.
